Shipping Policy

• There is a $9 Flat Rate Shipping cost on all orders. Flat Rate Shipping does not apply to overseas orders. It only applies on Continental US Orders. - 9$ flat rates do not include Oversized Items as noted throughout the Shades of Paper Web Site.

Return Policy

There are no refunds for products unless the product is unopened or shown to be defective. In order to return goods, the customer must email or call and obtain a return authorization before sending the product back. Returns without authorization will be refused. An in store credit will be issued to the customer for the purchase price less a 15% restocking charge. Shipping charges are not refundable.

If a product is found to be defective, the customer should immediately email or call and obtain an authorization to ship the defective item back to Shades Of Paper. The item will be replaced.
